The collected Personal Data includes name, mobile phone number, work email, company name, and message. the collection of this data is intended for the following purposes:

Cisometric utilizes various social media platforms for recruitment or marketing purposes. We also use social media to provide You with easy access to career opportunities at Cisometric and events that We organize.
Cisometric shall be responsible for the content published through Our social media platforms. However, please note that Cisometric is not obligated to manage social media platforms for purposes such as generating user statistics or placing cookies. It is important to remember that when using these social media platforms, You are required to comply with the legal provisions and Personal Data protection policies enforced by the respective social media providers. These providers collect Personal Data about You, including statistical and analytical data.

7. Acting on behalf of another person
You are required to provide accurate data, information, and Personal Data to us. When you provide Personal Data about another person, you represent that you have been appointed and authorized by that individual to provide their Personal Data and/or act on their behalf. You also ensure and warrant that the individual understands and agrees that their Personal Data will be processed further and will be subject to the Cisometric PDP Notice as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Your Personal Data security is of utmost importance to us. We will implement the best and reasonable efforts to protect and secure your Personal Data from unauthorized access, collection, use, or disclosure, and from processing that is contrary to the law, accidental loss, destruction, damage, or similar risks. Security measures will be applied, and Personal Data will be processed/used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Data Storage and Retention
Your Personal Data will only be processed by us for as long as necessary to fulfill the Purpose and/or for the duration of the storage required, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will delete or anonymize your Personal Data immediately once its retention is considered inconsistent with these provisions.
Please note that some of your Personal Data may still be stored by third parties, including but not limited to government institutions, in certain ways. In the event that we share your Personal Data with authorized government institutions and/or other relevant entities, you agree and acknowledge that the storage of your Personal Data by the relevant institutions will be governed by their respective data retention policies.
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the Purpose, for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of the last cooperation with us, or as required by applicable legal obligations in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. We are committed to not retaining your Personal Data longer than necessary for legitimate purposes or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We will delete or anonymize your Personal Data if any of the following events occur: (i) it is no longer necessary for the specified Purpose; (ii) if you withdraw your consent related to the processing of your Personal Data; and (iii) if there is a legal obligation requiring us to retain it longer.
We also ensure that the Personal Data stored in our systems will be protected with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse of the data.
