Last month, we launched our very first Cisometric Academy class at Telkom University—a moment filled with excitement and purpose. This milestone was about taking a meaningful step toward equipping Indonesia’s youth with the skills and knowledge to secure our digital future.

Led by Cisometric’s very own CEO, Hana Abriyansyah, alongside a team of expert mentors, the class was a reflection of what Cisometric Academy stands for: empowering students to become leaders in the ever-evolving world of cybersecurity.

Get to Know The Programs

Cisometric Academy was built to give students access to high-quality, practical learning opportunities in cybersecurity. We’ve designed three specialized programs to address the most critical areas in the field: Offensive Security, Security Operations, and Information Security Audit. Currently, two of these programs are being offered at Tel-U:

1. Offensive Security

This program dives into the exciting, hands-on world of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment. Students learn how to think like attackers to better defend against them.
Here’s what they’ll explore:

• The fundamentals of Penetration Testing

• Web app / API Pentest

• Local privilege escalation

• Advanced techniques like pivoting and tunneling

• Documentation and reporting skills

• And even tips on building a strong cybersecurity CV

It’s an immersive experience designed to turn theory into real-world expertise.

2. Information Security Audit

This program focuses on the backbone of any secure organization: audits. Students learn how to evaluate and strengthen an organization’s security practices.
Key topics include:

• Introduction and understanding of Information Security Audit

• Implementation of Audit Program Management ISO 27001:2022/IEC 19011:2018 on Information Security

• Evaluation and competence of auditors

• Execution of SMKI (Information Security Management System) Audits

• Case Study Pre-Assessments

• Assessment and Evaluation

Both programs are carefully designed to prepare students for real-world challenges, giving them the tools to make an immediate impact in their future roles.
